I am just now seeing the comments on this post.<br /><br />Retail is not easy, especially in this economy, but we are doing our best to keep it all going and have been fortunate to get to the point we are now.<br /><br />The most important thing is that we keep our customers happy by supplying the product they want at fair and reasonable prices. We are happy to spend hours on the phone, in the store, through email, and online to help folks find want they will be stoked on. You ever support a family on retail (in this or any economy)? You think you deserve a discount because you spend money? Maybe running a surf shop in the Midwest actually IS rocket science, think about it.
